Caught in a Flash: How Our Cameras Detect Electrical Failures Before They Spark a Fire
On August 21, 2025, our camera system captured a fuse blowing in real time—a split-second flash that briefly lit up the entire room. In less than a heartbeat, the fuse failure generated temperatures exceeding 150 °C (302 °F).

These are the kinds of events that often go unnoticed until it’s too late. A single electrical failure can escalate into a devastating fire, especially in industrial facilities where high power equipment and combustible materials are present.
Instant Detection, Instant Action
Our monitoring system doesn’t just record these incidents—it reacts to them. When a dangerous temperature spike or flash event occurs:
Immediate Alerts: Customers receive alarms instantly via text message, phone call, or email.
Automated Safety Response: The cameras can integrate directly with PLC systems or deluge fire suppression systems, triggering emergency shutdowns, sprinklers, or other protective measures without human delay.
Continuous Monitoring: Every region under surveillance is tracked in real time, ensuring that even split-second anomalies are logged and acted upon.
Daily Fire Prevention
Electrical faults, overheating equipment, and other hidden risks happen every day. Our technology ensures they don’t become tomorrow’s disaster. By combining thermal monitoring with real-time analytics and automated response, we help facilities:
Prevent fires before they ignite.
Protect employees, equipment, and inventory.
Reduce downtime and insurance exposure.
Why It Matters
Fires in industrial environments can cost millions of dollars, threaten worker safety, and disrupt entire supply chains. Our system gives operators peace of mind that no event—no matter how fast—goes undetected.
This split-second fuse failure is just one example of how our technology is actively preventing fires every single day.
