Drive Failures Caught in First Week

Hidden underneath the log-deck for this manufacturer are critical hydraulic drives which operate the head rig.
In this customer's first week of installation, we detected the drive suddenly throwing off sparks due to a safety limit being reached.
The customer noticed the drive failure up at the head rig, but had no idea that it threw off sparks, leading to an extremely high risk fire scenario.
Luckily, we had their back.
Even with just the split second detection, we were able to send their personnel emergency alerts due to the rapid rise in temperature. They were able to get someone down there to take a closer look.
In no time, they were back up and running - all thanks to a single camera.
When we start showing our clients how many cases our system detects, we are often met with shock because they were not aware of how many problems were happening on a daily basis at their mill. Signs of these problems show up in our system before they become a headache.
We get it - you guys are extremely busy and have no time to waste.
We help give you time back in the form of early detection BEFORE failures occur.
